What is the typical processing time?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.

Delivery time depends on your location, the carrier used by the licensed retailer handling your order, and outside factors that can affect shipments.

My order is taking longer than expected to process. Where is my order?

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, but delays can occur depending on product availability.

Your order confirmation email includes a tracking link with the latest status updates.

How can I cancel my order?

Email help@flaviar.com right away.

If your order has already been confirmed by a retailer, cancellation may not be possible.

What happens if my order is returned?

If the delivery address is incorrect, if delivery is refused, or if the carrier cannot complete delivery after the final attempt, we will refund your payment minus any restocking fees.

Shipping and return costs may also be deducted.

What name will appear on my bank statement?

Payments are processed by our partner Flaviar Checkout, so you will see Flaviar Checkout*/MASH&GRAPE*** on your statement.

I need to change my address.

Email help@flaviar.com right away.

If more than two hours have passed, or if the address change involves a different state, the request may not be possible.

I missed the carrier’s delivery attempt. What do I do next?

A recipient aged 21+ must be present to sign.

Carriers usually attempt delivery three times. If the package is returned, email help@flaviar.com.

Additional fees may apply for reshipping or returns.

How do refunds work?

Flaviar Checkout cannot guarantee that a retailer will accept a return or exchange.

Refunds, when approved, are processed by Flaviar Checkout and may take 5–10 days to appear on your original payment method.

Refunds must go to the original method of payment. If that method is no longer available, contact your financial institution.
