This website is operated by MARE SANTO WINES d.o.o., Snežatno 13, 5211 Kojsko, Slovenia.By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the site or placing any orders.
1. Eligibility & Legal Age
By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.
You must be 21 years or older. A valid government-issued ID is required at delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we believe the age requirement is not met.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All U.S. orders are processed and fulfilled by licensed alcohol retailers through our independent partner, Flaviar Checkout.
Mare Santo is not a licensed alcohol retailer in the United States and does not sell or ship alcohol directly. By placing a U.S. order, you also agree to Flaviar Checkout's Terms of Service.
Age verification is required at checkout and again at delivery. A person aged 21+ must be present to accept delivery.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping provider.
Delays due to customs, weather, or third-party carriers are outside of our control.
5. Pricing, Payments & Taxes
All prices are displayed in your selected currency where applicable.
Shipping charges and taxes (including VAT, excise, or import duties) are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and Flaviar Checkout (U.S. only).
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products. Shopify is not a party to the sale and is not responsible for fulfillment or alcohol compliance.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products.

Orders may be canceled if not yet processed. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
